Introducing Simon, Thinkbox founder.

Simon brings over 33 years of expertise in real estate, international partnerships, and business leadership. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Kingston University, he has further honed his professional capabilities with:

  • Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Training (University of Cambridge)
  • Certified Professional Coach (International Coaches Federation)
  • ACTA Certification as a Trainer (Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications)

Simon spent over a decade at OrangeTee & Tie Pte Ltd (OTT), where he rose to Board Director and Chief Operating Officer, training and mentoring thousands of real estate agents and team leaders. He played a pivotal role in OTT’s merger and acquisition, seamlessly integrating over 95% of its 1,000+ salesforce — a landmark achievement in the industry.

Embracing new challenges, Simon transitioned to Managing Director of Mogul.sg, Singapore’s first geospatial technology company. Under his leadership, he secured a landmark public-private partnership with the Ministry of National Development (MND), pioneering a crisis portal that set a new benchmark for industry-government collaboration and sustainable urban development.

A key figure in industry policy and standards, Simon was a workgroup member for the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) and served on the EXCO of both the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) and the Institute of Estate Agents (IEA). He has also advised individual investors, developers, and institutional firms on strategic acquisitions and portfolio management, both locally and internationally.

Today, Simon is a trusted consultant and advisor, providing strategic insights across various sectors in Singapore. As the Founder of ThinkBox Solutions, he specializes in business strategy, market intelligence, and corporate training. He is also the Co-founder of Crunchie Meltz, an emerging F&B brand in Singapore’s competitive market. Additionally, as an RES Trainer with Realty International Associates (RIA), he continues to shape the next generation of real estate professionals. Beyond his professional pursuits, Simon is deeply committed to entrepreneurship and community impact, leveraging his expertise to empower businesses, individuals, and future leaders.
